What "Broker," Not "Insurer," Means

It's worth being precise about this: My Insurance Bundle, Inc. is a broker and quote-comparison platform, not an insurance company. We don't underwrite risk, set premiums, or issue policies. Those functions belong to the licensed carriers in our network. Our role is to connect you with agents who represent those carriers so you can compare real options in one place, rather than shopping each insurer separately.

How We Stay Compliant

Every partner agent in our network must hold an active license in the state where they're doing business. We periodically review our advertising materials against FTC guidance, including 16 C.F.R. Part 255 on endorsements and testimonials, and we keep our affiliate relationships documented and disclosed rather than hidden in fine print.

Confirming a License Yourself

If you'd like to verify a license independently — ours or a partner agent's — you have a few reliable options:

• Search the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) for producer records.
• Contact the Texas Department of Insurance, our state of registration.
• Check your own state's Department of Insurance website for licensee lookups.
